DOOD / IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
Connected business systems, from enquiry to accounts
Map how information moves between sales, operations and finance before adding another application.
EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW
Find the gap
Disconnected systems force people to become the integration. The first decision is which system owns each record and which handoff needs to happen reliably.
See a practical example
The CRM owns the customer conversation, the project system owns delivery tasks and accounting owns invoice status. Shared references let a colleague move between them without copying a full record into every application.
Define success
Review copy-and-paste effort, incomplete handoffs and conflicting records against a baseline.
Built for your working day
Growing teams with the same customer and project information repeated across tools.
What we work through together
- System and record ownership diagram
- Prioritized integration backlog
- One end-to-end prototype
- Access, monitoring and support responsibilities
Before the workflow goes live
- Each shared field has one accountable source
- The receiving team gets sufficient context
- Exceptions have an owner
- The connection can be monitored and recovered
Systems and integration scope
We scope existing applications and custom development together. APIs, licences, historical data and security requirements determine feasibility and cost.
How do we start?
Choose one process and a small set of representative records. We agree a prototype scope, prerequisites and acceptance criteria before quoting implementation.
How much does implementation cost?
Implementation is quoted after discovery. Configuration, migration, integrations, training and ongoing support are scoped separately from software subscriptions and provider charges. A free prototype does not commit you to a subscription.
What should I prepare?
Bring one process, the systems it touches and an example of where work gets stuck. We agree a focused prototype and the information needed to evaluate it.
