DOOD / IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES
AI automation with a bounded first use case
Explore assisted business workflows with approved information and a clear human review point.
EXPLORE THE WORKFLOW
Find the gap
A fluent answer is not evidence that an action is correct. A useful prototype needs a narrow task, representative tests and an owner for uncertainty.
See a practical example
An assistant proposes an enquiry category and drafts a response using approved service information. A person reviews uncertain classifications and outbound text. The first prototype does not authorize payments or unrestricted changes to customer records.
Define success
Measure reviewed accuracy, escalation rate and useful handling time. Separate draft generation from completed customer outcomes.
Built for your working day
Teams with repeat classification, drafting or knowledge-retrieval work that can be checked.
What we work through together
- Use-case boundary and approved information
- Representative evaluation cases
- Human review and escalation design
- Data access and operating limits
Before the workflow goes live
- Unsupported questions reach a person
- Output is checked against source information
- Customer data access is scoped
- A failed or repeated action does not cause duplicate work
Systems and integration scope
Provider selection and CRM access are agreed during discovery. This is a scoped prototype and implementation assessment, not a claim that every autonomous agent or connector is already available.
How do we start?
Choose one process and a small set of representative records. We agree a prototype scope, prerequisites and acceptance criteria before quoting implementation.
How much does implementation cost?
Implementation is quoted after discovery. Configuration, migration, integrations, training and ongoing support are scoped separately from software subscriptions and provider charges. A free prototype does not commit you to a subscription.
What should I prepare?
Bring one process, the systems it touches and an example of where work gets stuck. We agree a focused prototype and the information needed to evaluate it.
